Not to say Im exactly running around like Chicken Little yelling 'The sky is falling' but if push came to shove do you have the necessary paperwork to make a move out of the country?
I should also mention in addition to a passport it may also be necessary to obtain a VISA for the country that you wish to travel to.
Barack Obama speaks in Philadelphia, PA at Constitution Center, on matters not just of race and recent remarks but of the fundamental path by which America can work together to pursue a better future.
On July 18, 2003 the Darrell Armstrong Foundation for Premature Babies, Inc and Florida Hospital East opened up the Darrell Armstrong Child Development Center. The Center will provide services for premature babies and their families in Central Florida throughout the child's developmental years. The Center will serve children and families affected by premature birth who have limited resources by making diagnosis and treatment more accessible to needy families by offering a team of specialist to provide treatment for children who were born prematurely and are not currently receiving early intervention services. These services include specialized equipment, physical therapy, psychological therapy, consultation and medical advice.
While economists debate whether the country is in a recession, consumers are being buffeted by skyrocketing prices, growing debt, layoffs, the subprime lending squeeze and a stock market roller coaster.
While you may not be able to control the price of oil or the prime rate, there are some simple things you can do to shore up your finances, safeguard your future and ride out whatever the economy throws at you.
Here's a list of ideas that hopefully will help you get through any hard times, plus tips if the hard times have already hit your household.
1. Eliminate the nonessentials
2. Start a go-to fund for emergencies
3. Consider cutting back (rather than cutting out) for some expenses
4. Safeguard your current job
5. Be on the lookout for your next job
Bad news about the banking industry may have you wondering about the safety of your hard earned cash at your own bank.
In the past year there have been four bank failures.
And the chairman of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp and banking industry experts foresee many bank failures down the road.
"Regulators are bracing for 100-200 bank failures over the next 12-24 months," says Jaret Seiberg, an analyst with the financial services firm, the Stanford Group.
TV bounty hunter Duane "Dog" Chapman is preparing a return to the airwaves.
The Chapman family confirmed Thursday that filming is set to resume on the A&E show "Dog the Bounty Hunter." The show features Chapman and crew in pursuit of bail jumpers in Hawaii and other states.
It was the highest rated show on A&E before the network pulled it off the air in November. Chapman was heard in a taped phone conversation using a racial slur in reference to his son's black girlfriend.
Chapman has apologized and tried to make amends with the network and the black community.
Network officials says that since the show is about second chances, they decided to accept his apology and resume production. No air date has been announced.
A&E is a joint venture of Hearst Corp., Disney ABC Cable and NBC Universal Cable.

I recently took on the task of configuring a server with FREEBSD.
I ran into some errors so I will post some of the resolutions I found:
FreeBSD Apache HTTP Accept Filter Error
The resolution to the above problem is to a accf_http module, which function is to buffer incoming connections until a certain complete HTTP requests arrive, into FreeBSD kernel by using kernel linker:
kldload accf_http - This immediately activates this module
To always load enable HTTP Accept Filter FreeBSD kernel module (accf_http) during the boot, add the following line into /boot/defaults/loader.conf:
Genetics play a big part in how your body handles sodium.
To reduce your blood pressure keep these things in mind:
1. Processed foods are high in sodium.
2. Restaurant foods are very high in sodium. If you do not see the Nutritional label for a dish you should probably avoid it. ( 1 slice of pepperoni pizza is about 1,100mg of sodium! )
3. The recommended amount of sodium intake a day is ~2400mg... try to reduce this to less than 1,500mg.
4. Read the labels then ADD up the salt.
4. If you NEED SALT on your food try a salt substitute (0mg of sodium). Original 'No Salt' is pretty good. Sea Salt & Kosher Salts have around 22-24mg of sodium per 1/4 teaspoon, so that wont help.
5. Drink orange juice. It has vitamin C AND a nice amount of potassium which helps reduce blood pressure.
6. Eat raw celery. 2-4 stalks a day will help remove excess water from your body helping reduce your pressure. If you dont like the taste, pretty it up with a little salad dressing.
7. Learn to breathe better. Shallow breathing causes the body to work harder to get oxygen. (raising your blood pressure)
8. Reduce your stress. Let small things slide.
9. 30 minutes to 1 hour of walking a day.
After 3 weeks of doing this your blood pressure readings should drop a lot.
